My Mum is 81yrs old and doesn’t own a credit card. Mum attempted to pay for her purchase with cash, only to be informed that this KFC doesn’t accept cash.I realise with COVID-19 the preference is for customers to pay for their purchases via debit/credit cards but some people, like my 81year old Mother don’t use these cards.Since when has cash ceased to be a legal tender for purchases of KFC in Australia?

Got a zinger box, Amazingly crunchy wings, literally so good and the zinger even more so. Shout out to the p&g person for their superb stock. Partner said her nuggs were pretty dang good too.

If I could give a no star I wouldFood was wrong couldn't get it right and was very slap happy for even kfc I took it back 4 times in a row to get it fix then tried to get a refund and wouldn't allow a refund.Chefs that kept stuffing the order up was on there phone and didn't care about there work

Why is this store in the food court still not doing cash ? With Covid all over there are plenty of old people in the area that look forward to getting out for the day but get disappointed when they can’t use cash this is the second time I have had to get the old people there KFC that they look forward to you might think it’s a random act of kindness but wake up in the long run you’re losing money and respect and also kids that don’t have a key card account.

To all personal and customers I have told the staff and compland multiple times in the past year every chicken burger I buy is Stone cold KFC headquarters or stuff don't care. I will call the consumer's I've had enough all burgas you buy are stone cold.come on KFC take care off your customers.

The amount of chips and popcorn chicken in the Kentucky snack pack on the menu app is disappointing. Doesn't match the picture where the food is right up to the top. Feel a bit jipped.
