Had a HPD intercooler fitted they didn’t fit the hoses properly which burst off half a dozen times and constantly knocked up against the engine bay.I took it back 3 times and it came back just as bad each time, ended up taking it to another mechanic who correctly fitted everything first go.Very unprofessional!

Sent my HILUX in for a suspension upgrade. Fitted shocks upside down and left shocker bolts loose. End result was Shocker dislodging in Vic High country. Shop Foreman reluctantly accepted responsibility, When I mentioned damage caused to the tray he claimed he had not seen the obvious damage. I find this totally unacceptable from a shop management perspective and a warning for those that want to take their expensive investments to this place that there are no quality assurance checks done at all. To their credit they did offer to fix the damage however once bitten twice shy.

Ian and his team are extremely helpful. Very happy with the service provided and the quality of work. Went in for a pre trip service and snorkel fitting. These guys did a wonderful job for a good price. Will be back for all my servicing in the future. Highly recommended

Got my set of Blackhawk control arms fitted to my np300 they were fitted incorrectly wrong side coursed my rubber boots to spit both sides never again will I go to this place very bad!! They will take your money no help if something goes wrong Beware people!! not happy now I have to get it all fixed again waste of time….

Excellent customer service. I was looking at some LED lights which were in a catalogue but not carried as floor stock. They ordered in a set of the lights for me without requiring a deposit or requiring me to purchase them after I saw them.. THAT is good customer service :)

I can't speak highly enough of the guys at 4x4 Solutions. Dropped an ARB bullbar onto the front of my Amarok including driving lights. The guys did a really great job and it looks really good. Quick turn around and great communication with Paul. Kept me update on the progress and listened to me when I had questions and needed guidance. Fixed a minor dash issue at collection and have always been available for questions and minor fixes. Really happy with this place. Recommended highly.

Took my Y61 GU Patrol in to get my UHF connected, dual battery set up and lighting re-wiring, as the original wiring was shocking (literally), the turn around was really fast and the quality of the job was awesome, wiring done meticulously and battery installed very discretely between the back seat and drawer system. Im really happy with the service and will be returning and would definately recommend.Cheers,Jayden
