Ibeauty is the best place to get your eyebrows done. Rebecca is amazing and I wouldn’t trust anyone else (besides Jess and Madeline) with my eyebrows. Definitely would recommend 100/10

Worst customer service. Clearly profit is the only priority. Went in for a massage and as booked massage of 1 hour- timed at 40 mins, and was in a hurry to get me out. furthermore, with the wax, as entering and preparing to be waxed, common sense of the worker to have washed her hands from previous customer- but this wasn't done, as there was sticky wax on her fingers; this was not my first experience at a salon- one waxing spatula was used on my entire body- allowing the hair that's been removed to be put back in the waxing pot.Won't be coming back- don't even know why anyone would!
