Great service and I was impressed that I called Friday morning to confirm the sku part online was available with free shipping (Ford FG wiper motor assembly). The bloke that answered the phone confirmed (sorry forgot his name) took my details once and it was delivered from Rocklea to Clayfield the same day. Installed the part today and works fine. Absolutely hassle free, well done WCPA.

Bought an engine of them. Was told 12 month warranty but that is only if you pay extra. Now the engine is not fixable anymore and they even don't wanna help. Official 6 month warranty and engine broke down after 8 months. They told me if it had warranty left, it would be gone at the moment the mechanic opened the motor. You have to ask them for permission before a certified mechanic can check stuff which comes from them.Even the cylinder head got done before and that not even very good.Car got regularly serviced and even my mechanic was shocked about their reaction. Better avoid that place.

What was thought to be an easy transaction, turned out to be a collection of mis-truths and unprofessional customer relations. Told one thing, turned out to be another. Item delivered same day, turned out 2.5 days. When they said on courier, it was not and manager refused to take phone calls. We are still waiting for the final call but doubt this will eventuate.

Took a chance on an alternator for a Colorado. Was very happy with priceat $105 which was cheaper than replacing the override bearing itself from new. super fast delivery. Part was in excellent working order . It would be good to have the odometer reading on the part tag from the car of origin to know the approximate wear point though. Overall very happy. Shame they don't do over the counter sales any more. Will be back in future.
