Got stuffed around by Telstra for nearly 2 weeks... Spoke to Eren and he had my NBN up and running within 18x hours!!! Speed is amazing, and the price is actually cheaper!!! These guys could seriously teach the big dogs some new tricks!

I’ve had NBN with Logitel for about 6-7 months now on St Kilda Rd in Melbourne and never had an issue! Love their low rates with no lock in contract and honestly, I couldn’t recommend them more! Their customer service is local and so much friendlier than Optus or Telstra or any of the other “larger” service providers. If you’re looking to switch, Logitel is definitely your best option!

Have used Logitel now for some time now and have never had any issues with my internet or billing. Now Logitel are helping me with disconnection and connection to new premises and they have been absolutely fantastic with all their help , attention to detail, advice and quick service, organising everything and making the transition so much easier. Highly recommend these guys.
