Was after a necklace and the staff member said didn't have any. We actually found it was in the window. Need more thorough customer service.And rings never have my size. Very annoying. Ridiculous having to pay to upsize. Should stock all ring sizes not just small.

I purchased a jewellery item that, unfortunately, I had to exchange (my fault). That exchange was easy and without hassle. The price difference was on a gift card to be used in the next 3 years. Thank you, it was a pleasure dealing with you!

Waited around 15mins for staff to become available, then they served the next person that came in after me. The sales person even smiled at me on my way out! Rude! I've previously purchased a lot from this store. I won't be back.

I had a pair of earrings that the stone came out of Simple process you would think Just replace them ! No I was told they had to be evaluated in Sydney and would be 3weeks After 3 weeks I’m told they have been sent overseas to the manufacturer No idea how long that would take! They cost me $90 It has probably cost more to have them evaluated!No customer service at all I am so angry with the lack of communication and will now talk with consumer affairs about a refund for faulty goods!

Poor customer service today blonde lady offered little product informationAnd seemed more interested in standing at the til than greeting customers walking in, chermside store train their staff better, and this lady was not even young.
