The staff are unprofessional, can be rude and abrupt. Staff need to attend customer service training. The wait area is untidy, mismatched and unwelcoming.

Many thanks and praise to Nat who kept me from passing out as I normally get very lightheaded with getting blood drawn. She got me to lie down and made sure I was ok before I left :)

I moved to another house last year. They didn't send me any bills to pay for the service. I didn't receive any mails at my previous address and today, I received 2 letters saying that they will take action if I refuse to pay. What a joke! That's rude!!! Paid for it and will never go to this place again!
