Great place with an amazing staff and amazing products!

I have contacted TJM 3 times in a week and a bit for a price on a product, I have not received a reply at all, customer service is rubbish.

IF I could I wouldn't even give these guys a star. Very unprofessional " Paid a deposit for a winch to be fitted at the Eastern Creek 4x4 Show and even on the receipt it states fitment. However they rejected and said I must pay for fitment. I could take this further and win my case

Re: TJM ProductsI have a lot of TJM products on my 150 Prado and am pleased with them all.T13 Bull Bar, Winch, Snorkel, Side Steps, Suspension, Underbody Protection, Rhino Roof Rack, Recovery Points, Lightforce Lights, Dual Battery etc....Overall I believe that TJM products are great quality and are well designed.I had a few issues with the 2 suspension lift which was bought about by the dealer (TJM Peninsula) fitting the lighter duty springs and struts.With the help of TJM Head Office and TJM Kilsyth the front springs and struts were changed to the heavier duty version and the car now sits a full 50mm above the standard height although I expect it may settle a bit.I am one happy TJM customer and I thoroughly recommend using TJM products and in particular TJM Kilsyth.Thanks TJMFeel free to contact me and discuss."

I work there so all I can say is its awesome, can't buy anything, go down the road to the TJM store for that.

Anyone thinking of putting a tjm bullbar on there new 2017 toyota landcruiser check with someone who has one already fitted as I'm very disappointed with the tjm bullbar I have just had fitted to my vehicle. The bar sticks out past the body 40mm on the side and has to have a gap of 19mm off the body which exposes all the wiring and bolts underneath the bar . So buyers beware.

Thank you the guys at TJM O'conner .......had a bull bar fitted and the guy wasn't happy with the fit and replaced it with a second one.One week later we hit an Emu at 100 kh and the bar only moved 12mm. The fog light was stuffed however the headlight was intact I have no hesitation saying my wife was saved from server injury. THANK YOU. TJM O,Conner Perth.

Was sold a new rear step bar bar for my 2017 Colorado. It was fitted on 21/07/2017 at TJM Jesmond. The fitter informed me there is an issue with the number plate warning alarm on the dash , but he thinks its ok.As soon as i drove car with lights on the warning alarm remained on dash. So i rang TJM Jesmond on 25th and was told to bring it in as the may have the time to look at it. Ive been here for a bit over 2 hours now and all they can tell me is they are waiting for an email from head office.Its very unprofessiol that TJM are selling products that dont work or comply with current 2017 Colorado's . I just dont have time to sit in there waiting room for hours without any one even bothering to tell me they have issues and cant seem to resolve them.

Terrible store. Do yourself a favour and head down the road to ARB Nundah.Workmanship was well below what is expected for the exorbitant prices paid. We didn't ask for anything special just honest work that looked good and didn't damage a brand new vehicle. The fitment of the bullbar and mod plate was nothing short of atrocious. When the damage was pointed out staff were rude, intimidating, belittling and condescending all while holding my 9 month old daughter.After raising concerns all the way up to a store owner the general response was sorry I felt that way but we've been paid, bugger off.No form of refund, compensation or peace offering was made at any stage and that only confirmed their attitude of not caring after payment was made.
