Tech This Out

I have dealt with Tech This Out for the past few years. They are very efficient and reliable. Provide excellent customer service. I will highly recommend them.

Frustrating and disappointing experience. I had a computer with network issues and dropped it in saying I think it could be a hardware problem. I had to follow up nearly two weeks later only to be told the network issues weren't happening with them. I got the computer back with updated drivers only for the problem to be worse. I took it back for them to hold it for another week only to be told the same.I then took it to pc doctors in Ringwood and within 48 hours they identified that it was, as I suspected, a faulty network card and the problem was fixed.So I essentially paid TTO $99 for the inconvenience of not having my computer for nearly a month.

Chris VB just installed a replacement docking station for us. The docking stations are in short supply so he provided one that was earmarked for his own use. Much appreciated Chris.

Great service, Spoke to Jay about my issues and he explained the process and some options for me. Said he would call me once he had diagnosed the hardware issue and dis-assembled the laptop.Had a phonecall within 24hrs, diagnostic complete, parts priced and quote given. Very reasonable pricing, great service and very timely...Thanks Jay.
