Just as Enable was starting, I had my first foray into commercial real estate and didn't really understand the nuances. Travis made the whole process of buying my unit and finding a suitable tenant very easy and smooth. Then Dalena took over the management of the unit while I had a tenant there and again, there was very little for me to do. Whenever there was a decision to be made, I could count on Enable for a straightforward explanation of what was being asked. Then finally the transition back to me when I moved in, again very straightforward and easy. The whole team at enable were very knowledgeable, helpful and easy to deal with.

Absolute Pleasure. It was an absolute pleasure to work with James. He was very professional and friendly during the whole process. In the beginning he provided me with all the information that I needed and more I didn't know I needed to have. We discussed the best time to put the property on market and he kept me informed of the whole process. Super helpful and kind. I would recommend James for any of my friends and family and if I need to buy or sell a property I would go to James in the first instance.
