Staying in Healesville and had read about the authentic fresh pastas made and distributed by YARRA valley Pasta. It is a small white shopfront opposite Innocent Bystanders. Just past them. Worth the search. We tried their raviolis ,cannelloni and two sauces. All exceptional. As they supply Leaf Supermarket in Brighton,we will be making a dash there frequently.

We purchased the Gorgonzola, Prosciutto & Dried Fig Raviouli as a special treat from Leo's our favorite local supermarket.What a disappointment. Bland, lacking any of the advertised true flavours". Certaily no perceivable presence of Prosciutto. An after taste I can only describe as insectacide.Avoid this product at any cost."
