I forgot my sunnies in the fitting room. I tried to contact the store and they don have a direct phone number. Just H and M customer service. Went to the store in person and ask one of the girls for lost and found; she asked some on the walkie talkie and “checked” for 5 seconds and I was told that they don’t have any sunnies in lost and found. This girls are such a hard workers!! Be careful and you break a finger nail next time you check the lost and found!!! Useless

So so so disappointed that they cannot check the membership with our email or phone number in store. Couldn’t log in to account because of the incorrect password and spend around 10 to 15 minutes just trying that in front of the counter. Spent around $150 but couldn’t get any points or discount as I couldn’t access my membership, what a waste. If you guys could access the membership with email and phone number, would be great.
