Nike Karrinyup

Wonderful experience here by Katie/or known as Katherine on the receipt.I first bought two t shirts, and she informed me i had a longstanding 50$ voucher to use one on my accounts, as i had two accounts here due to using two emails. My other account was almost ready for the second voucher so she willingly came over and spent time helping me to buy shoes that i said i would come back for the next day, when my second voucher. This type of service is what makes you remember a store and return again.I came back the next day to purchase the shoes and i think it was so thoughtful she was willing to still help me out on the day i was not purchasing them. I was also very indecisive about t shirt sizing, going from Medium, large to XL, back and forth deciding if i wanted a oversized look etc.I did find the sleeve length was smaller on a XL than a medium, which is odd but it is to be expected with items being made overseas.Overall lovely great experience here and ill be back here for any of Nike needs. I am greatful to Katie for letting me know when i was getting my next voucher and letting me know of the one i had on my other account.Great service and will definitely be returning - would love some more colours of Metcon 4.

If there was negative stars this would have been a more accurate rating. Absolutely disgusting service with so much attitude by staff. Saw people buying black and white Nike dunks and was told they were all out of stock but continued to see staff sell them to other customers. I was trying to buy them for a surprise for my partner but was lied to and told there was none left. I even sat out the front of store and continued to watch other customers purchase them. Not too sure why I was lied to and unable to purchase. I guess they must judge you on your appearance whilst shopping in the store and decide if they want to sell to you or not. great attitude to have in 2022. Thought we as a country have moved on from discriminating people by their appearance but I guess not.1/11/2022 - So once again cannot believe the distrust and service my partner received on the 1st of November. My partner came in who wanted to by some Nike dunks grey and was told that for her to purchase the shoe she needed to try them on in front of a staff member. What kind of policy is this? Where is this in RPG’s terms and conditions? This is not happening at Nike city.Nike seriously stop replying back with your standard reply. Everything I have to say is exactly here so please take action. Questioning female now when purchasing female shoes and watching them try them on is absolutely ridiculous.26/11/2022 04:45pm. well I guess it comes in threes. Walked in today to enquire about if the Lebron XX Time Machine shoes will be instore raffle or released in store and talked to a blonde older lady at the counter. I asked the lady when and if the date for Lebron XX Time Machine is soon and if it’s instore raffle or first come first serve. As soon as I started my sentence I could feel the attitude from her. She did not even flinch staring at me and said I have no idea and I’m not checking for you right now!!! I was actually shocked with the attitude from her and paused for about five seconds as I didn’t believe that’s the style of response to receive from a customer. I told her that it was just a simple enquiry and I turned around and walked off. Whilst walking. Out she yelled out me to come back I. The middle of the store with a tone. I turned around and told her to forget about the enquiry and it was too late.Serious Nike this is rubbish. I wasn’t even buying today just a simple enquiry on basketball shoes. Can’t even do that.

The worker Theo made us feel so welcome and important. He went above and beyond and had the best customer service skills! Well done Theo, such a great asset to the store!

*DO NOT believe the fake 1 star reviews below*Clearly a reseller has blasted Nike Karrinyup on a Perth sneaker group and conveniently all negative reviews are from around the same time with the same story ‘I wanted to buy shoes for my sister or partner’Manager has it completely correct trying to mitigate sneaky resellers wanting to buy the shoe at retail and flog them off for 3x the price if not more.Nike Karrinyup is a great store, good service and good products. Linda and her staff need to be commended for their outstanding customer service. In this day and age of buying online is the easy choice, Linda and the team have proven how important having frontline staff is and that can deal with the simplest issues which would have been a nightmare to resolve online. I would not hesitate and highly recommend buying your shoes here. Transactions are recorded and easily referenced, if needed. Again, Linda and staff went above and beyond all expectations and are great ambassadors of the Nike brand.

The staff were very rude and horrible, wanted to swap a shoe I bought couple hours earlier for a bigger size. The team members didn’t let me cause apparently there not allowed to. I showed them the 60 day swap policy on there website and still didn’t allow it. Had to go to different store to swap. Horrible service

I came here to buy a pair of Black and white low top shoes for my sister's birthday as I saw a few people walk out of the store with the shoes I was interested in.I went in and asked if I could purchase a pair, and they told me they were out of stock, so I left the store.2 minutes later, as I was waiting outside the store, I see more people walk out of the store with the exact shoe I wanted??Sick of this treatment in Nike stores in 2022.
