Casey's Retreat

Great holiday home for the family. 6 beds, 3 bathrooms, great views and Huskisson just 3 minutes away. I loved the quiet and private location. I highly recommend Casey's retreat.

We stayed with friends at Casey's retreat this weekend for 2 nights and absolutely loved the house. It was very spacious, very well equipped, beautifully furnished and decorated, had everything we needed, we loved the kangaroos in the backyard, being woken up by the birds and being so close to the water and surrounded by trees. The house had amazing positive vibes, it was a really great place to rent out for the weekend. I recommend getting in touch with the owner Jacqueline directly rat caseysretreat at gmail dot com rather than booking it through any booking website. Jacqueline was incredibly friendly and helpful, we checked all details over the phone and by email. Definitely a place we recommend booking for your stay in Jervis Bay! It would suit friends as well as families.

Beautiful place to stay, directly on the water with stunning views. The host was very accommodating and the house well equipped and clean. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend.

Money deducted 261.00 for misplaced keys promptly returned within week.. Money has not been refunded after 2 weeks. Accommodation poor no air conditioning, no ceiling fans and kitchen not set up with equipment. Bathroom floor waste drain was very smelly Noisy neighbors often using tools and workshop from 7am. Not fully screened and sand flies were a problem for guests

Very disappointed. After the house was initially checked off as being very clean, the owner later decided to keep $450 from the bond for “dirty patches on 2 bath mats, oil in the oven, some hardened food on the kitchen wall, hardened spill in the fridge, one missing towel and a wet patch from water on a bed” I don’t know what world would charge $450 for what would take a little extra time to clean which is what is included as a service fee.Aside from this obvious attempt to get all the money possible from guests that had already payed a premium price for 2 weeks- the place was disappointing. No ceiling fans and barely ventilated rooms, neighbours wake you up with power tools every morning at 7am, and the kitchen is tiny and not set up at all.Won’t be recommending or coming back. DONT STAY HERE.

I had the most incredible stay at Casey's Retreat this weekend with friends! The house is so unique, peaceful and truly a special part of paradise, hidden amongst gum trees and opposite the water.The house is located about 5 minutes from Huskisson town centre so it's incredibly convenient and a great base for exploring the wider Jervis Bay area)! I'd highly recommend Casey's Retreat for those in town for a short time and even a longer stay!For me, cleanliness is paramount and the house is exceptionally clean. Also, contact with the host and access to the property was all a very easy process.If I could rate more than five stars I would - I cannot wait to return! Thanks Jacqueline!
