Took the direct debit and did not notify me of the cleaner cancellation and now they are ‘upgrading their phone’ so I can’t call them to ask about it. Simply not good.

They're not the cheapest option, and in the time they were working with us we had a few occasions where no one would show up. They would also often finish up half an hour before our booking was up.The latest is that they've cancelled all future bookings due to staff shortages, no phone call to warn us just an email. Quite disappointed with our experience.
