The shed turned out great, unfortunately the service once I'd signed up was extremely disappointing. They charge a premium price for a VERY average service.If I'd known then what I know now, I'd have found someone else to build my shed.

Friendly, professional service. Timely, quality build. Maybe a little more expensive than some but the quality and durability is certainly worth the extra $.

The guys who constructed our shed were fantastic, professional and our shed looks great. I wish we could say the same about the office staff. Our shed wasn't certified by the PCA based on some elements not meeting the standards required for the BAL rating in our area. During the design phase the fact that we are in a BAL12.5 area was discussed with the sales rep - however as it turns out this was not eventually included in the quote nor design. Additionally, when the Construction Development Certificate was provided to the builder (i.e. RAS) it also clearly stated that it needed to be built to a minimum BAL12.5 standard.Nevertheless, the shed was constructed without these necessary considerations and was obviously picked up by the certifier when doing his (not so) final inspection. When approached about this the office staff claimed that we didn't tell them it needed to be done during the design or construction stage. As I said, I clearly discussed it with the sales rep and why would I need to bring it up with the construction guys when it a) had apparently been dealt with and b) is specified in the CDC. RAS provided a quote to have the certain elements fixed plus labour for the job. We replied to say that as we apparently weren't quoted on the BAL materials we were happy to pay for them, however we would not pay for labour as it wasn't our issue the shed wasn't constructed to standard in the first instance. We are yet to hear back and that was over a month ago. The necessary changes/additions have been made, but not by RAS. We are really disappointed with how the situation has been handled and ignored, particularly because this was the second shed our family has built with this company, each costing in excess of $15,000 per shed. I wouldn't recommend anyone build with this company.

i dislike to give negative feedback,but when the selling stage happened it was ok,and delivery was for 6/12/16,and we had to pay $5000 on the spot,then paid rest of 50% the next week,then the trouble started,we were locking in shed builder,plumber,excavator,solar man,electrician,etc around that date -then we get email to say shed wont arrive till 15/12/16,so i paid the rest of the 50% in case it may speed things up--no ,a few days later we received an email at 4.30pm(close of day)to say 19/12/16,a complaint has been put in and still no reply,we signed a contract,which nearly every paragraph sayspay"

Purchased a custom made shed from these guys, processed and built quicker than expected.Perfect company if you're in the market for a new man shed!

Friendly staff, were quick to get me a quote. Good prices and kept me in the loop with delivery.

A very expensive product & didn't suit our needs . Not saying it's a bad product just not for us .

Still waiting for it but keeping me up to date very good dealings so far very happy
