Absolutely terrible service ,brought my brand new Pandora bracelet in with over 5 charms and the lady drops it straight on the floor , then says she we'll replace them all ,then the Karen older lady out the back comes out n says nah sorry we can't do anything , don't waste your time there go to a propper jeweller with propper customer service , if there was a minus star button I'd push it for these jokes

Had an engagement ring made. Was fast and thorough. From design, choosing diamond to ring being finished was under 3 weeks.

We where in the traralgon store yesterday and bought 2 items. We where served by dianne she went out of her way to ensure we felt comfortable in the store .buying jewelry is a little new to us would recomended this store to everyone the service and knowledge of the products is exceptional. And thankyou for the bubbly and the way my jewellery was packaged and i got warranties. Very happy customer.

Fantastic! Great customer service, reliable, highly recommend!I had moved interstate and my watch stopped working. Not a problem for JFJ, I sent it in by post and had it back by post 2 weeks later.Local jeweller quoted $170 to fix,.JFJ charged me new battery only and postage =$30. Much happier to send it back to reliable JFJ any day!

Horrible customer service, made to feel completely uncomfortable when complaining that their charms (multiple) are breaking, when I purchased one in Morwell and it broke I was given a voucher for the amount of said charm if discontinued or not avaliable. In this store I was told no we can't do anything at all on discontinued charms. I also enquired about replacing a stone in 2 of my rings, was quoted 30 per stone and told I might as well just buy another ring oh but the 2 particular rings are now discontinued.I will Travel from Glengarry to either Morwell or Moe (a further 15 to 25 minitues) because I absolutely love pandora but won't return here.
