Excellent from start to finish! My car was badly damaged whilst parked, leaving the bonnet destroyed. No note left. Joe and team fixed my car beautifully, it looks like new. Outstanding communication throughout, very efficient at providing a quote and getting the job done. I will certainly use him again and recommend to everyone.

I was so impressed with the service, staff and quality of repair at East Coast Bodyworks. Christina in the office was patient and courteous and got back to me with any questions. I had a long saga with my car after it got hit from behind. I went to three different places to get quotes for insurance and Joe and his team were the most caring and understanding to try to advise me what to do. The receptionist Leanne is so warm, friendly and goes above and beyond to assist in any way she can.After my repair was approved East coast Bodyworks did a phenomenal job my car looks brand new. I took my VW Polo here for a quote to get my front bumper bar replaced after a smash. I met with Joe and he was excellent! Very friendly and wanted to help get my car back on the road quickly. He gave me a quote on the spot and within two working days my car was getting fixed. Two days later my car was ready for pick up. Throughout the process, the receptionist Leanne kept me fully informed who was friendly and excellent to deal with!I’ve never been so happy with vehicle repairs before.
