Purr Luxury Cat Hotel

This is the BEST cattery in the ACT/NSW period. I recently boarded my two cats there whilst on military leave for over a month. The site itself is a custom built facility, fully air-conditioned and heated with fresh brand-new, room enclosures for all the cats. There is a vast array of boarding available and even the standard boardings are above average.However, what makes this cattery stand-out is the care taken to ensure the well-being and happiness of the cats there. The owner sent text (from the cats!) with photos every couple of days showing the cats exploits which was a great comfort. Additionally each cat gets private play-time and office time as well as free bird feeding shows!!I cannot recommend this cattery highly enough and my guys will be using it everytime we are away. 5+ stars!

Best Cattery in ACT & NSW! Amazing facilities, Owners are so friendly & helpful! You can tell they really care about all of the Cats that stay there, unlike some places! Will only ever use this boarding facility in future, it's awesome!!

Purr is absolutely amazing! It's a little bit more than some of the other options in Canberra but 100% worth it. Wonderful facilities and Graeme and Heidi are just fantastic and prepared to go the extra mile. I won't go anywhere else now!

I have my three beloved indoor cats staying at Purr Luxury Cat Hotel while i am renovating and packing up to move interstate. It is a huge relief to know the cats are safe and secure - as well as having a great time and being spoiled. I highly recommend Purr to everyone with cats.

A wonderful hotel for cats. Our 2 stayed there for a fortnight and didn't want to leave. We will be boarding our little furballs there whenever we go away from now on. They have different types of accommodation dependant on budget. The rooms with a view are just charming plus there are bird dvds playing for the cats to watch, can you ask for anything better! I would give more stars if I could..purrfection.

A great cattery, my two cats had a lot of fun staying at Purr (and one fell in love with one of Graham's shoes) - Heidi and Graham always treated my guys like their own, and had such great advice. Thoroughly recommend Purr to anyone!

We could not recommend anything higher than Purr Luxury Cat Hotel! The entire place is carefully thought out and planned with every type of accommodation being well above standard. They have many activities and facilities to keep your cat entertained and occupied and most importantly give all their guests a great deal of love and attention. They cater to each individual cat and make sure they are enjoying their stay. Purr have exceptional customer service, are prompt and always ensure you are satisfied. Heidi and Graham are always friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We wish them the best with their business as they have obviously put their heart and soul into it. I guarantee your cats will come back happier than ever; we will definitely be using them every time we are away in the future. Book fast though because they will rapidly become a very popular place!

We have never been able to choose a cattery in the past, concerned about things like anxiety in our cat, comfort and her medicated asthma etc.However, from what we read on Purr’s site, and being shown around by Heidi, we were quickly very comfortable with the choice. The accommodations are the best I’ve seen for cats, and the security excellent. They both so clearly love cats.On a similar note, customer service was really, really impressive. Our initial booking with them was in November, which we had to cancel last minute due to a volcano eruption in Bali. Heidi and Graham generously transferred the funds to a future stay, which we recently went ahead with (and even received photos and videos of our cat while away also!) when the volcano erupted again, delaying our return back to Australia. They were excellent, and reached out to us assuring us that they would be able to continue caring for our cat until our return.So grateful, will certainly not use any other catteries on future travels! Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Purr. My little man, Yeti, spent nearly 4 months with Heidi and Graham when I was unexpectedly called overseas. I was initially hesitant to use a cat boarding facility, as this was my first experience doing so. My concerns vanished when I arrived at Purr - the facilities are modern, warm, safe, and impeccably clean. Heidi is a gem. She took Yeti in on short notice, provided regular updates on his condition via photos and videos, gave him daily cuddles and grooming, accommodated my ever-changing itinerary, and brought him to the airport. If you want the best for your cat and a worry-free experience then you can do no better than Purr.

Oh my gosh. Heidi and Graham are just fantastic. The first time i took a very little Darcey to Purr, she fell asleep in Heidi's arms as soon as we got there. She was so relaxed at once. Purr is a cat's dream home away from home and when i went to pick Darcey up, i could tell that she had been loved and doted on by Heidi and Graham. She didn't want to come home. Darcey has stayed at Purr twice now and will be staying again in January and each time i go away. When i drop her there, i always feel as though i would love to stay also and enjoy the better than 5 star service with Darcey. Thank you Heidi and Graham for making life that little bit easier for me when i go away and i know that Darcey is loving life at Purr. She will never stay anywhere else.
