Matt at P&SW did a great job turning our puke green pool into blue within a single day, replacing our vacuum, and replacing our old chlorinator with a brand new one. I barely even saw him do his magic and now for the first time in a whole year it's fit for use. Great personal and professional service! Thanks again Matt!

Unfortunately I have to give 3/5 stars since I wasn’t afforded any help via their online query portal. I decided to go ahead and purchase a replacement pool pump from them later on and the pump works as described and was better value for money than other websites.

I used their services today for pool equipment relocation which involved everything from digging the trench to installing new equipment. Greg and the team did a great job. Greg is knowledgeable, trustful and professional who foresees the forthcoming issues and suggests solutions that could save much hassle and money.The manager, Neil, is nice, helpful and honest, he referred me to another business for the electrical and trench work who they usually work with and they did a great job liaising with eachother on the job.Can't recommend them enough.

i was really impressed with the service, the repair guy Josh came out to change the sand on our filter and while checking the filter he sore that sand was fine and the problem was with the pump so advised me to not change the sand and get a new pump when he could have changed me for the sand and a new pump, the pump he recommended was a straight swap so no need for a plumber. highly recommend this store
