NO support and NO compassion. Be prepared if you will have to rent via this agent.1. No responses when you need urgent repairs - in our case the range hood broke due to wear and tear. After 2 months, the only response regards we got was a $586 bill and it was after 2 weeks that we vacated out.2. Due to Covid, we can't afford the amount of rent so decided moving out. But the next property agents told me he/she received the worst reference check in his/her career from Paul. After so many efforts, we finally managed to find a place to live and not sleeping on the streets. We couldn't understand why we received a such mean and fake reference.During the tenancy,We have a good reputation in neighbours,We regularly and volunteer clean the public area in building even I bought an air purifier for sharing,We lost most of our income due to Covid-19 but still managed to pay rents.3. At the end of lease, he inspected the house and made unreasonable demands on us, such as cleaning the glass that had not been cleaned before we moved in and cleaning rusty spots in bathroom tiles. But according to the previous photos in the condition report, before we moved in, it was just like that. I'm not sure if hunting a tenant's Bond is his style.This is a selfish and untrustworthy agent.

In dealing with real estate and being an investor for over 25 years, these people are the most unprofessional, frustrating and fraudulent estate agents you can meet. When they don't get their way, they carry on. As a tenant and investor, I will be happy to challenge them in VCAT. They are deceptive and have no business acumen.
