Kitchen Connection

From the start this company uses every sales trick in the book to get you to sign. They even signed our contract as me and sent it to us with my signature on it. From there we had lack luster communication right through the design and project management phases. We had to project manage half the trades ourselves as KC seem to stop answering the phone or putting in any effort after they have been paid. All of the trade estimates" in reality are pretty much doubled by the time you get the invoice from them so expect another $5k in random costs they add on on top of the kitchen connection quotes you are given at the start of the project. If you are looking for an all in one solution this is not it. Just stress after stress dealing with this company."

Spend your money elsewhere! They use sales tactics to pressure you into signing a contract telling you the offer is only available if you pay your deposit at your first appointment. We eagerly waited 7 months for the kitchen installation only for them to lose our pantry and offer very little in the way of an apology or solution. The best they could do is re-order and deliver it 4 weeks after the original delivery date and installation date. Customer service is not much better! More than happy to take your money but once they have it they’ll disappear and fob you off to avoid dealing with you. I would give the one star but they use friendly and prompt tradespeople (not associated with kitchen connection) so the two stars are for them.

We purchased a kitchen 18 months ago and had swelling and sagging issues from the beginning - it has taken many phone calls, emails and my family going in to store to see the manager and refusing to leave until we had a suitable outcome. Today, after waiting for more then four weeks for a tradie to turn up (again) - as agreed to rectify the situation - and after being messaged that it would happen - no one turns up and they have no record of the issues. I would never recommend this kitchen group again - terrible, terrible service.

Poor communication. once you paid they expect you to send mail only or texts. They text you for hours but never pick the phone. They call them selves as experts but at the end any issues, they try to find something to blame you back. They send their tradies, if any issues they say “you pay them it is your problem you communicate with them. We only provide you tradies. They are your contractors nothing to do with us”If no issues they may be good. But if any issues they find reasons to blame you. Even there employees blame each other. Very bad experience.

Highly recommend kitchen connection at Aspley!! From start to finish creating our dream kitchen was such an easy process, they went above and beyond! We were so impressed we have now come back to re do our wardrobes, highly recommended!!

We had a new kitchen installed by Kitchen Connections Aspley and we can not recommend them highly enough. From the initial design consult at the Windsor store with Desire to the in home consult with Nathan and the installation overseen by Dean at Aspley. They all had great ideas and the expertise to back it up. Everything ran like clockwork. From the very beginning we had a schedule of trades and when they would be there. Any problems were sorted quickly and without hesitation. I have heard lots of negative stories about kitchen renovations, but not from these guys. Awesome job!!

Great product with amazing before and after service! The staff at Kitchen Connection Aspley could not have been more helpful throughout the whole process! From picking out colours to final install. Trades were all organised, on time and very helpful! Would definitely recommend!

Marcia is absolutely beautiful & the most helpful, professional consultant. I’ll definitely be returning for my Servo Drive kitchen as soon as I have my home built!
