Lovely refurbishing of an historical train station with a small museum of old pieces contained safely behind glass.Staffed hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, with seating for 40 people on the eastern facing platform (sunshine in the morning, shade in the afternoon) accessible from the street and another 20-odd seats in the airconditioned waiting room with access to clean public bathrooms (only accessible during staffed hours).Trains to Armidale and Sydney, busses/coaches to Port Macquarie and Dubbo.

Excellent station. Plenty of seating on the single platform, as well on the waiting rooms. Very neat and tidy station. Great customer service from station staff attendants (CSA) and train staff attendants. It also has a historical touch to the station. Overall would recommend. 4/5. #HonestReviews.
