I never even thought about selling my home through LJ Hooker and don't know why. But now I want to tell anyone who will listen, this is where you should go. After having my house on the market with another agent for just over 3 months and having already dropped the price 3 times, Nick came along - from LJ Hooker. He couldn't understand why my home hadn't sold and was so impressed with the finish and styling. I gave him 30 days to sell it - 7 days later he had a signed contract on my desk and had negotiated a deal that I was more than happy with - and not only did I not have to drop the price, he actually got me around $15,000 more than the original agent said I would be lucky to get. I now call Nick the 'James Bond of Real Estate - the 007 man' - he did in 7 days, what no one else had done in 97 days. I can't speak highly enough of Nick and the way we were treated. Not only were all the staff wonderful, they knew exactly who I was when I rang them, always had time for me and they spoke to me on my level, not like they knew or were better than me. Also, the commission was less than the previous agent - netting me even more money. Ashleigh was the property manager for the place I was renting. She was very helpful and quick to respond and follow up on things that needed to be fixed and followed up with the landlord. It was easy and hassle free dealing with her and LJ Hooker.

0 stars will be better. Promise things never get done they lie to your face never are forth coming. If you are looking to rent try avoid these guys!!! They are more concerned with there Chinese buyers and there commie way of maintenance or lack there off. They never call you back unless you own money. Owners are always out of the country for months at a time and so are their property managers. They lie to potential owners about shortcomings in the property when asked straight, just to seal the deal
