The new Lilydale Station great - modern and fully accessible. However, the investment in the infrastructure has not been matched by investment in service. At this great, big station, trains run only every half an hour in the off-peak. This makes the service of limited use for trips outside of peak hour and a poor alternative to driving.

Around 10am 19/02/2023. The man serving at the station was very rude and disrespectful and condescending. Should probably get someone to look into that.

Cool new station at the end of the Eastern suburb line. Gateway to the Yarra valley. It is currently still under development but is a good architectural municipal building

Lilydale station doesn't look all that fancy unfortunately, not much seating and the passenger access to the station could be improved a fair bit, but at least it's serviced by numerous bus services, so for the local area it's a decent enough station.

This is a lovely, new station, with the heritage station behind. The facilities are modern but it needs more cleaning, like Mernda.

The new station is good.The station is on the south side of Maroondah highway.There are stairs are on both sides of the road.The lift on the North side of the highway is not yet operating but the lift on the south side is working.It is operational but a work in progress.The styling of the overhead wire holders is similar to that used at Clayton railway station and looks much better than say Mernda Station overhead wire support system.

Been in the old station 4 years ago, the station now looks much better after renovation. Bigger and more sitting areas, just need to be cleaned especially stairs to go to the platform.
