Lovely old Suburban Station. Some real safety issues leaving from the Williamstown direction side of the platform trying to cross Ferguson St. Also safety issues crossing to either platform since they" sealed up with concrete the underpass."

Station looks great with level crossing removed. The station has most of the facilities including water taps, table tennis, children play area, bike cage and bike repair tools. No public toilet.

North Williamstown is bit of a lonely station at night but usually PSO are looking out for all travellers but it isn't a staffed station at anytime and if need be a toilet is zero!!!

NO-ONE AT THE STATION IF ANY QUESTIONS FOR THE PUBLICl Unsure about when the station is manned with the P.S.O'S (SAFETY at night) New, has a lift for elderly or wheelchair access. Also seats to sit ..bike racks to store bikes. Underground actually Brand new in tunnel- no more boom gates!! No waiting, no noise for people living in area. Very clean, nice gardens . Carpark, sure they have wheel chair accessible.

A decent station with no staff. Has one Myki machine on each platform which could have a queue during peak hours. No restroom available. Has a 7-Eleven right opposite and you can purchase Myki cards there too. Has a small parking lot but you can also park along Champion road.

Small train station with a departure display board, waiting room, myki machine to dispense card and topup money and ohh! no restroom. No direct train service to city on weekends and have to get from newport. No underground way or bridge to connect the platforms, so best recommendation is to plan journey early to avoid railway crossing traffic. Please, be careful while crossing the road.

Small suburb train station. No-one present in ticket booth, but the Myki terminal dispenses cards and does all the usual transactions.

Good old-style station, nothing to really complain about. Like many other stations on the Williamstown line, it is usually pretty empty.
