The station needs some refurbishment. Its old but functional. Considering it handles 2 lines (Williamstown and Laverton/Werribee) the station needs to be a bit bigger with more parking space, commuter seating and toilets.

Toilets leave much to be desired. On platform two .toilet had diarrhoea all over the seat .awful when you have to take your child to the toilet .cleaners should do a better job of cleaning the toilet facilities. Gross

Second time in a week power issues at Newport have completely screwed all trains on the werribee line. Get it together, seriously inconvenient and is costing me money. Fix your station or divert trains.

Got call from my friend saying he was beaten inside the train by unknown person while travelling. This isn’t done. Australian authorities should take this seriously and give punishment to guilty one by looking at the security camera

This station does it's job, good for changing lines from Williamstown and to Werribee. Some nearby cafes and bars but not much else.

One of the older style stations but with good covered waiting area on both platforms. Also there are toilets on both sides, what a luxury!

Can you please have someone on Platform 2 to update the passengers travelling to Altona ? Trains are consistently cancelled at this station but no one even cares to inform the passengers of what's going on. Horrible service
