One of the best parks around perfect for a family day out fantastic facilities , toilets , BBQ's , gazebos and space. You have the Pier to stroll along also lovers walk to the left back towards Sandgate foreshore off to the right you can walk around the point to Cabbage Tree and straight out the front from the 5star playground you have a gentle little bay between the rock wall and Pier perfect for the kids to have a swim

Really well set out with swings for the kids, BBQ's with plenty of seating and tables. Public toilets. Take the fishing gear and wet a line, you can go onto the long jetty, fish from the beach and a rock wall. Maybe taking a walk is your thing plenty of walking paths, they also have some electric scooters you can hire, Easy accessible for wheelchairs. So if you looking for a fun family day out then head on down.

This is a really good place to stretch your legs and visually great, the pier always has a nice breeze. Theirs amenities, a childrens massive playground, plenty of tables and chairs for a family BBQ, ample parking. An awesome plase to relax.

If there is a paradise on earth, isn't it here? It's a thought that comes to mind when watching crabs with a child on a beautiful endless beach and cooling off your sweat in the cool shade of a tree provided by nature. People go fishing or sailing here, and kids run around in the cool shaded playground. I want to go again.

Wonderful place!!!We stopped at Shelly's Inn for fish n chips. Wonderful food!! Only disappointed was there was only one under covered area at the park to sit and eat. It was raining on and off that day and we felt bad being the only family with cover. The park is such a cool wooden fort, we thought we lost the kids for sec but they were just following the fort track.Couldn't leave without doing the board walk. Was an amazing day. Will be back.

This park has everything. Running space, bbq tables, BBQs, toilets, jetty, slide, swings tree houses and beach. The only thing I hate is people everywhere. Bike tracks always full, always waiting for table. Bring your own seats too avoid waiting.

Had a wonderful afternoon today at moora park. It's a nice park, has a nice play area for kids, lots of benches and BBQ areas. Nice walkways and a new renovated pier. The beach isn't golden like gold coast, but everything else about this place is good. Will visit once again later.

My family and I visited this park yesterday on what was a gorgeous and sunny Sunday afternoon. Unfortunately, the facilities (toilets, picnic tables and benches) as well as the seating along the pathways was very dirty and unkempt. The 6+ toilets were disgusting by 2pm and there was absolutely no toilet paper in any cubicle. Several of the cubicles had been locked (by persons unknown?) and that left only two that could be accessed. One of these two was a filthy and urine soaked mess which was quite sickening to have to use. The pathways were covered in large chip bark pieces and small wood logs which meant that little ones were unable and unwilling to walk barefooted as it was hurting their feet. One particular path had quite amount of wet dirt/soil washed down from the hillside above that also needed to be attended to. Such a beautiful location but was let down by the lack of weekend maintenance of the park facilities. Seriously, no toilet paper at all and even the soap dispensers had been empty for some time. Lift your game Brisbane City Council.
