I lost my phone in the train on the central coast and it made it all the way to Broadmeadow without being touched. A staff member found it and turned it into the office and the office helped me organise getting the phone sent to Gosford for me to collect. Thankyou so much to everyone at Broadmeadow station for helping me get my phone back!!! You helped make a very stressful event resolve smoothly.

Broadmeadow Train Station is a well equipped Station with a News paper shop selling pretty much everything you need for travel, there are vending machines on the platform, clean, tidy and well maintained toilet facilities.The staff are professional, helpful, friendly and efficient.All up a well maintained Station.

Really enjoyed Newcastle. Had been some years since being there but it's a great place to visit and enjoy. Some great restaurants now in town which are places everyone must attend.

As a major train station Broadmeadow Station needs a REAL CAFE* 2 stars for ramp access , cleanliness and seating.BUT Oh dear ... 1 star only for the shop! That's not coffee, even a double-shot of pod coffee tastes like water. Please don't bother making coughee" its gross! Handy to have a shop to buy magazines

Great stop to rest ,hub for travellers to Sydney from.new castellated NSW, platform 1 departs to Sydney or platform 2 to.newcadtel xchange where you can spend some time on foreshore beach side of new castel.Tram available from Newcastle xchsnge

Today, 13/03/23, Monday, 09:10 AMOur family were topping up the payment in the machine for 4 members and awaiting for train which was arriving at 09:30 AM.Waiting near the stairs side. The man was so rude telling us to tap on, tap on continuously in a very aggressive voice such a racist, we stated that the train will arrive around 9:30 so we are waiting here for a while. He shouldn't be doing such behaviour to the individuals. His name is unknown but short senior man ad white hair. I even don't like to give 1 start I would give zero. Such a bad public service. The station should replace that rude man with other decent person.

Excellent station! Arrived with a cleaner cleaning the platform and the toilets. Very quiet and peaceful. Train staff was very friendly too. And, as a bonus, it's next to a Police Transport Command station. Would recommend for a visit. 5/5. #HonestReviews
