Truly a great experience at Audi Centre Parramatta. Steve Hogan is such a nice and helpful gentleman. So is Sammy. They are always trying to make sure everything is perfect for the customers. Bought a pre-owned car here and they would fix/repair every damage for you. Looking forward to collect my car now. Strongly recommend this place if you are looking for an Audi.

Recently purchased a car from Audi Centre Parramatta.We saw the car advertised for $99,500 (drive away) on the Audi website, with the mileage listed as 2,213km.When we went to the showroom, the same car (with the same rego plates) were priced at $118,128 (drive away) and we were told it was a newly registered demo that was yet to be driven.Additionally, the kms listed for this cars rego on Service NSW matched the online ad, NOT what was disclosed in person by Audi.We went back to Parramatta at a later date to query the mis-information that had occurred, and ask if Audi would be able to explain and resolve this issue.Frank (the General Manager) was not only rude and dismissive of our concerns but had the audacity to tell me that if I went to Fair Trading the outcome would be that Audi would be asked to charge me MORE money for having less kms on my vehicle.Along with admitting they falsely recorded the kms when registering the car with Service NSW, he flippantly said he can again change the registered kms to whatever he wants right then and there by completing a Form 5 (Motor Dealer's Notice) which by law must be displayed on a second-hand vehicle that is offered or displayed for sale. There was never a Form 5 provided to us or on the vehicle.My family and I have been driving Audi's for several years now and love their cars. It is so disappointing that the Parramatta dealership is run by people like this.Our next step is to contact Fair Trading for misinformation leading to purchase of product.I just want to warn everyone that this sort of fraudulent activity occurs even in prestige car dealerships.

The response from the dealer was very quick. I was contacted by Steven Hogan in a few minutes after I submitted my details through the car sales website.Steve was polite, he did explain a couple of things that were not available in the car which I really appreciated.He was always there when I needed any further information on the car and it's status. Negotiation was handled very well. I had a deal with Steve in about 5-10 minutes.I had a few issues with the car when I rcvd the car in QLD. I contacted Steve and he replied to me within an hour of my email with a very positive and accepting attitude. I have not experienced that from car dealers in the past so a five-star rating (or even a 10 star if it is possible) for Steve on that.He approved my repairs straight away and the car is being looked after.Overall, I have been looked after very very well by Steve Hogan. I highly rate his customer service.Many thx Steve for being a really really great professional to work with. I am honored to be served by you. Thx again.Finance :I spoke to Stefanie for finanace. She explained to me that she was new to this dealership but she was very good with her stuff.She was always available to discuss all the issues and points in the finance application, got things approved very quickly, and responded to emails in a timely manner.A big thanks to her for her professionalism, care, and helping attitude.Fiver-star service from the business manager as well.I would like to pass my regards to Audi for having such high standards of customer service and having such a wonderful bunch of professionals.Update : 06/01/2022 : Audi SQ5 Purcahse :Mother nature made me cross paths with Steve Hogan again for purchase of another Audi. And Steve has gone above and beyond expectations again. Wonderful service, great dealing and professionalism, always accomodating.Vince was great in finance, everything was sorted in a few hours.Once again, 10 stars for both.Keep up the good work guys. Came in to buy a car. Every single employee looked at us and walked away. Not even a hello. Rude and disrespectful. I know the car market has been in a boom for a year now but that boom will end soon and you’ll need customer service skills to sell another. Went to five dock and made a deal happen in 30 minutes. Note to others, drive another 15 min and get decent customer service!

Good Service from Audi Parramatta. Sales, Service and After Market was exceptional. I would give five stars to Elizabeth Cameron as she follow-up regularly with latest deals until I got the best deal. Five stars to GM - Frank. I had an issue with front grill and was tangling between Service and Parts team. Emailed Frank on a Friday afternoon and received call from him in ten minutes. Resolved the issue by booking for new part. Replaced in the next available appointment. Five stars to Jay for his constant followup and answer all my questions until I bought the car. Absolutely disgusting and untrustworthy dealership in NSW. My partner and I purchased a used vehicle 3 weeks. We were lied to and told the car has been fully serviced with full history available and advised the car comes with 2 keys. When taking the car, the car was given with 1 key and petrol tank on empty. When asked if the car has been through the workshop before taking it, we were advised no need to as the car has been recently serviced. After calling the dealership to find out what is happening with the key and logbook/service history, they issued an online service history noting the car was last serviced in 2019! Every time we call the sales manager Sammy and Steve say we are trying to find the previous owner to locate the servicing history. The logbook was provided empty. I tried to escalate the matter to the General Manager Frank, I called at 9:30am no call back, when I called again at 2:30pm, he had the audacity to say we should never of had sold the car to you, you expect things to be done in 5 seconds, when it’s been 3 weeks! Formal complaint will be lodge and legal action to be taken.

Great customer service environment! Special mention to Elizabeth Cameron who was very helpful and thorough in the sales process, she knows exactly what each customer what’s and isn’t pushing towards a sale. I would highly recommend her to all my family and friends as she’s the most friendliest and kind person within your dealership. She goes above and beyond to help with all inquiries.
