Purchased a 12V Inverter here to charge my laptop which didn’t quite do the job due to compatibility reasons as we travelled through Townsville in our Motorhome. Duncan and other staff were very helpful and kindly gave us a refund even though we didn’t have the original packing which we were grateful for. These guys know their stuff with excellent and professional advice each time we visited whilst there for other items as well. Highly recommended for price competitive and quality items with pleasant service always. Thank you from The Brown Nomads!

I bought a Swann Xtreem wireless security camera, which turned out to be the worst camera I’ve ever purchased.Poor connection despite good wifi, frequent dropouts and no support from Swann. I would rate the camera 1 star. Luckily I purchased from Jaycar who allowed me to exchange the product and then ultimately refund me when the second Swann camera was also terrible. I would rate Jaycar Townsville 5 stars and highly recommend.I have since gone with Arlo Pro 4… great camera.

Jaycar is always good, Staff know what they are talking about. The only negative was being walked past by no less than 3 staff without being asked if we needed a hand!

Poor communication And experience.Paid for a resin 3D printer and a heap of accessories (around $2300 all up) on a Friday, when told that the printer would be available on the Monday.I called Monday and was told that no delivery was made. Got told that I would be called when it arrived.I called Tuesday still no delivery and I would be called when it arrived.Thursday I went into store and was told there had been an error with ordering and it was not coming.Asked if I wanted the floor model. Reluctantly I agreed as the it could be weeks for new stock from the supplier.Took the printer home, missing the power supply and had a crack on the corner of the lid.Took back and now have to wait another week for a store transfer. I wanted to buy the 3D printer to try and reduce my stress levels and get my mind off work…. Talk I’ve received is more stress to add onto me. Thank you.

Ash- you are a legend! Thanks for helping my boyfriend figure out his dual battery mystery. We will be camping with cold beers thanks to your patience, knowledge and help!

Friendly staff who will help with any enquiries. Feels like old fashioned service nearly.

Very unhelpful all thay do is walk around and not helping customers this is the first time I have had a bad experience there so I won't be back cheeper to order online

Every time I come here I'm blown away by the customer service and range of stock. Today Ashley helped me with my busines tattoo machine and gave me options and he went above and beyond to help solve the issue. All the guys communicated so well as a team and sent me off with solutions and a recommendation where to service and fix the machine. THANK YOU!
