Excellent service by Mr Imam he was very knowledgeable and understood exactly what I needed. Demonstrated use & maintenance of product. My mum also needed a new vac and helped in the same way. I have purchased other products from here & have had great after sales assistance. Thankyou Imam.

Very helpfull staff. Was not left hanging around while they talked to someone else. Was allowed to try out vacuum cleaner before buying. Would highly recommend.

The customer service for this shop is appalling. I arrived at opening times, the only customer in the shop. Being the only shop in the town that sells parts for vacuum cleaners, I arrived with all the information needed to get a new part. They wouldn't even look for a part. I arrived home and ordered it online, with no BAD customer service.With many shops closing in mount gambier, I would be very concerned with who is the FACE of your shop. Will also be calling head office, they need to know your level of customer service
