I had a great experience at EBMG; the front office is well organized, spacious with polite and respectful staff. No long wait-time which was a welcome surprise. But above all, the level of care I have received at this clinic is unmatched!I highly recommend Dr Schweitzer; he takes the time to listen and understand your health concerns, answers questions patiently and thoroughly - and goes out of his way to help you on your health journey. I was especially touched that he followed up after the appointment and various tests I had to do (seriously, how many doctors do that these days??). Feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful doctor.

Our family surgery for over 30 years. All great Doctors, nursing and reception staff.Pathology on site is very convenient as well as audiologist. A few Doctors recently retired and new Doctors are excellent as well.

Julie Tan is a wonderful doctor. She spends plenty of time with you. The clinic has lovely staff who are helpful and professional

East Bentleigh Medical Group is the best. Their Doctors (GP) is excellent.all the staff are doing great, easy to talk with. They always smile and always happy to help you.

East Bentleigh Medical Group has old fashioned values with up to date facilities, practices and hygiene.I feel safe going there. Always welcomed with a smile by the absolutely fantastic reception/admin staff. Always helpful, patient and kind.Whilst I have a regular doctor, when I have to see another I am always impressed by the peace I feel and the trust I have for them.A good gp is hard to find.I feel respected and cared about here.

Very thorough doctors & nurses. Reception staff are also pleasant & helpful. Very busy practice though so definetly need to book. Waiting times can be a bit long once you arrive, but that is because they are so thorough.

East Bentleigh Medical group has been my General Practice for, I think 2 years or a bit over. Having come from my old GP clinic where I grew up going, Doctors had their own views / beliefs which are outdated I believe and I just wasn’t feeling connected to any doctor there. Since moving to East Bentleigh Medical Group, I found the support of a fantastic Doctor; Lucy Buchanan. I’m not the easiest patient , I call up a lot and when my health gets to the stage like it is now, I find I need support more. It starts as you walk in to this Medical practice at East Bentleigh, where you feel welcome. It’s a refreshing environment and calming. From the staff in reception to the Nurses to the Doctors themselves, they have all been so lovely, supportive and accomodating to myself. It’s rare to find a doctor that you click with. The team here are diverse and extremely knowledgeable. Whoever hires / recruits a new doctor , knows exactly the level of professionalism they need to be. I feel welcomed, supported, heard, safe but most of all; respected. The whole Team at East Bentleigh Medical Group who I’ve come into contact with have treated me with dignity and respect. Thank you to all staff here for being a support in a hard time.

Dr Anton . Is a really important person who I rely on a lot and never once has he let me down his advise and his concern for myself id fantasticBest doctor I I know and wouldn’t ever change from Dr Anton

The care within is unknown to me as I do not go here, however, I do support a woman that does and she is hardly able to walk and I can’t get her close enough to the entrance as they block it with orange cones and doctors car parks.The doctors parks ( 8 of them ) are the closest to the building and the disabled car parks are far from where they should be, your doctors cars should not be given first priority over those that actually need the extra support and less travel distance.

Had my stitches out with a nurse today following surgery 10 days ago. Nurse was gentle and compassionate and Dr checked too, to ensure all was healing well. Didnt wait long and all went well. Thankyou
