A.D. Car Care

Had booked in car service for today for 11am, speaking to one of the person who picked up my call from A.D. Car Care earlier this week. The gentleman who picked up my call had also explained about two key service types, approx. charges etc. but when I went in there today, the staff advised that they do not see appointment registered in the system.Was not accomodated (though was not my fault) and was told on the face, that the company can't trust simply if we show up and advise that we have an appointment. Well unsure how I prove this but, I have the name of the person who took my call, details of what we spoke, call register to show that we had over 5 mins conversation at the time of booking etc., but I suppose the company needs to take an improvement action perhaps, to also use something like a text msg to confirm the booking - so that this doesn't happen to other customers.I had planned this task ahead and had already blocked this time during week day to get the car service done. Dispointed especially the fact someone from the company saying to the customer that they wouldn't trust them because it does not show on system on their side. Again, my 2 cents is to use the booking confirmation text or something similar. I had provided my name, number etc. at the time of call to make the booking.It seemed a busy day there today, but feel this was unprofessional on the team to provide this experience. Mere aknowledgement that this seems to be the case of some misunderstanding or perhaps not registering on the system, may have helped reschedule this - instead of simply reading out a number of cars they had planned for service today and saying we don't trust customers like that..I plan to go back, as this may be a one off experience and possibly due to a particular staff member who took my call and the same one who spoke to me.Note, this is purely based on one off experience, and I do not have issue with the quality of work that A.D Car Care provides.

Had to get pink slip for two of the cars recently, it was easy to book time on call. The inspection was done professionally and quickly.

I booked in for a pre purchase inspection, very last minute and they were super helpful in fitting me in. I did end up buying the car, and have now also taken it to my regular mechanic of 17 years to take a look as well. His report came back exactly the same as AD Car Care. I’m excited to have found a great local mechanic who I can also trust with my cars. It wasn’t a test, but you certainly passed. Thank you, you will see me again.

I was very happy that I was able to get a pink slip done here the day after I called and without any hassle.
