I phoned Sprung about getting my MTB sorted for some bike touring. They were super helpful, booked me in the following day and sorted out my bike while I was in town (I live an hour away from Launceston so this was more than I could have hoped for; I thought I would have to come back another day). Sprung didn't try to upsell anything and because of this I know I will make this my Number 1 bike shop. I only wished I had bought tickets in the raffle! Nice work Sprung, you have a new devotee.

Troy and the team at Sprung helped me out so much in the middle of racing Trans Tas. Performing a full shock rebuild right when I’d blown my shock and thought I was out of racing. Super helpful and friendly over the phone. Unfortunately never got to meet the team in person but I owe them a lot so will have to drop by next time I’m in town.

This is quite possibly the best bike shop with the best service we have ever encountered. We are traveling around the country and are only in Tasmania for 3 months but they made us feel like they were our local shop. The service is second to none and their humour is refreshing. Brilliant service! Troy is a nice fella. After taking my mtb for a quick spin, he told me i needed a new chainring. He was right, no more problems. Thanks legend.

All the lads at Sprung are down to earth, good blokes that love to ride bikes and have a yarn. They hooked me up with a sweet new bike a few weeks ago, and I can't say enough good things about it. Cheers fellas.

Great MTB shop with in house bike mechanics. Sprung also have Plus size bikes for those looking for Fat Bikes options.
