Ordered the lemongrass beef salad and poached chicken roll. Food was nice, nothing special. The place was messy and disorganised. I saw one girl washing dishes and then handling rolls for customers, wearing the same gloves for both tasks, c'mon, you can't do that, its not hygienic...You should be using thongs to handle customers food.

Employee was texting on their phone while serving me and was extremely rude to me seemed like me placing an order was too much for them. Pork in the bahnmi was dry and lifeless. Roll was tuff and cold. Will definitely not be going back.

I should have read the reviews first, Obviously they don't listen to their customers, I ordered a crispy pork Banh Mi, I got minimum pork, so I took it back as for $11 I expected more, Yes they gave me more pork, However the pork was extremely dry and tasteless and no crispy bits what So ever, the Pork was so dry that I ended up taking it home and adding my sauce to it.. Very disappointing..I will never come back to this store again.

I have had this noodle salad from many Vietnamese restaurants especially from Roll’d, but this particular restaurant at Chermside made my favourite meal into a cold, bland unappetising noodle with small amount of salad and herbs and the lemongrass beef was in big chunks and was dry. So disappointed.

Great food, terrible service. My food was ready to be given to me but only the counter girl was allowed to hand it to me? She was occupied with serving customers and despite asking the other two staff members to hand it to me, they ignored my request. Waited 10 minutes until she was free. Food was cold.

The worst banh mi I've ever ever eaten. Why is the main flavour fish sauce? Why is there so much unpickled cucumber? Why is there only about a tablespoon's worth of meat? Why am I still hungry after eating one when I only ever eat half a banh mi at every other place in Brisbane? You should be ashamed of the food you served me today, it was attrocious. Edit to respond to Roll'd below: No. If you spend so little care performing your main task (you know, making food) I don't expect your customer service to be any better. Why don't you just fix your product instead?

Been a fan of Rolld for many years. But the food from this franchise was HORRIBLE. I just ordered a seafood pho and when it arrived, the noodles were hard as if it was a Singaporean fried noodles! The soup wasn't hot either, so it didn't really help cook the noodles a little. NEVER AGAIN

Ordered a variety of rice paper rolls from here last week. The filling is mainly just rice noodle with the tiniest amount of meat and salad. Tasteless fillings and obviously doing their best to cut costs by filling with as much noodles as possible
