Extremely rude and unpleasant attitude to potential clients!I have a voucher for a complimentary regrowth color. Voucher expires 31/12/16. I rang and spoke to Judy (the owner) few months ago, and she said she no longer honor those vouchers.A friend of mine recently mentioned that she did go and had it done. So I rang again today to try to book. Judy said she is booked out for that service till January. I said that voucher is valid till end of December. To which Judy very annoyingly informed me that I should have booked in earlier. How? If when I wanted to book before she said she doesn't honor them...I politely mentioned that, and she told me that she is not going to WASTE anymore time on me and hang up. How rude and unprofessional! Same thing could have been explained politely, that she is no longer able to afford free treatment ...But not like that, without any respect and plain rude . I could've been a potential new client, maybe done a blow dry or trim ...but the attitude kills it all, no matter how professional she might be as a hairdresser yet social skills are totally missing.

Krystyna has only owned this salon since August 2021 and what an improvement she has made as the new owner. She is a fabulous stylist, never late, parking is never an issue and she is outstanding value for $$. I highly recommend Cut & Curl.

Christine was amazing! I got a fantastic regrowth colour, treatment, cut & blow dry package which included a phenomenal head massage! The result was amazing, it was inexpensive and I had a wonderful time chatting away! This is now my go to hairdresser!

Krystyna has always been a caring and professional hair dresser taking the time to perfect each hair cut. She is always on time and the prices are extremely competitive

Been coming here for a few years now and have nothing but positive experiences. Krystyna gets to know each client and is always very welcoming. Krystyna takes the time to fit clients in on short notice and work out a time for people who have busy work-life schedules. The price is extremely reasonable and great value

Got a very uneven haircut. After politely telling the hairdresser I think more has been cut on my right side I was told that my hair was “in shock” and it would even itself out? I also asked for a fringe to be cut and was told no my forehead is too small for a fringe? Hairdresser seemed very distracted too with her young children running around the salon. She also went outside for a cigarette in the middle of my haircut and her hands and breath smelt like smoke. I personally have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism before at a hair salon and was taken aback.To this day my hair is still uneven even after attempting to get it fixed at another salon, I have to patiently wait for it to grow out. This is an inconvenience as I have a few events coming up, one of which includes being a bridesmaid. It’s disappointing that I had such a negative experience here as I see that this salon has such good reviews and my friend swears by this place. It’s a shame but I will not be returning. I hope you take this review as constructive criticism to improve the quality of your service for future customers.

Krystyna is always ontime, welcoming and warm. Her cut and colour techniques are exceptional. An appointment with Krystyna feels like a fun day out with old girlfriends, you leave feeling revilitalised!
