A great venue that doesn't matter where you sit you get a great view. Wheelchair accessible to the auditorium, several toilets. There is a bar to enjoy a drink before the show. Snacks sold at interval. A great venue.

Great theatre, but in the upper seats, there was only entrance to the rows. So when anyone wanted to exit the row, everyone has to stand up? Rather annoying when you are up and down constantly?

PILBEAM THEATRE is where it is all happening tonight. The show we are seeing tonight is Celtic illusion which is something like Michael flatley. Stop the same theatre as yesteryear. Lovely night to be had. Cheers big ears

The performance was very interesting but the venue less so. The seats are too small for comfort and the leg room very lacking for anyone over 5.5 feet tall. The sound, as usual, was mediocre.

Great to have a theatre large enough for visiting and local performers and productions. Volunteer staff do a good job shepherding the masses to their seats.

Like the theatre and tiered seating. Hate it when people sitting in the middle of a row arrive late and make half the row stand to let them access their seats. Gets wearing after a few times. Air con gets quite cool, so bring a jacket or shawl. Acoustics are great. Good wheelchair access.
