If there was a choice of giving them a 0 star, I would do it. Honestly, the worst and most rude service I have ever had. There was this guy who is Indian and wears glasses, he is the most disrespectful, rudest and got no manners with customers.I don’t recommend it at all

Car wash is useless. I went through the tunnel one and my car was still dirty and I had to wash it by hand at home. Avoid.

Very rude, arrogant and racist staff. This guy named imrahim who worked there is very rude and racist. Don’t know how to talk to customers. I hope bp gives him some training lessons about discrimination.

Auto car wash was doing its thing and then suddenly it stopped right in the middle of the wash and all the lights started flashing and going crazy, the brushes were spinning in the same spot for nearly 20 minutes! I couldn’t drive out because there was a brush infront and behind the car! Then it finally shut itself down and told me to go while my car was covered in soap! Went inside and got a refund. It was so scary!

No reflection on the customer service here but the car wash is actually a joke. I had to wipe the bird poo off by hand after driving out. It offered no resistance as it was fresh and not dry and crusted on, so no excuses for not removing it.

If you’re going to wash your car and want some change then be prepared to purchase something from them as they don’t give you coins without a purchase. Looters and modern day scammers. I quit going to this place before 2017.

Great prices, usually cheapest petrol around. Have found myself in the store a few times with no staff around...recently waited 5 mins to find the staff member was outside having a chat with his mate.
