Magic Dry has extremely disappointing service. I had a cleaning service for my couch scheduled at 8AM. When they arrived, they told me that their machine was stolen and they can’t clean the couch and had to come back another time because he had other cleaning jobs to go to in the morning.Upon speaking with the manager, it turned out that the machine wasn’t stolen, in fact he had forgotten it at another client’s house. We rescheduled for 5pm. At 4.30pm I receive a text from the guy saying he can’t make it with no explanation as to why. I told him it’s unfair that he can’t make it without a clear reason, and he responded saying he would be there.At 5pm I receive a call saying that he can’t make it until 6pm because he only just picked up his machine, and had to attend to another cleaning job. Terrible service and organisation.
