After buying 2 cars from suttons Arncliffe with 5star customer service from the sales team. Cannot put into words how poor, disorganised & disrespectful these the service team people were. Wasted lots of time/journey with these guy.

Just terrible customer service - my car is in warranty, I have just discovered a known issue that has existed with the same model (Holden Trax) that I was not informed about from Sutton’s Holden Arncliffe and now when I need it repaired under warranty they are saying it will be 3 weeks before they can fit it in. Really poor response and support.
