Wonderful experience at Marc & Maxwell as always. I have been working with Marc to colour correct my hair, to say he has achieved an amazing result is an understatement. My hair has never been in better condition and the colour is perfect.A big thank you to Marc and Sabrina for always welcoming me with great coffee and a good chat. Have found my new permanent salon.

These guys are geniuses! I get so many comments on how gorgeous my colour is. I simply wouldn’t trust my hair with anyone else. Both Marc and Sabrina are so friendly and always make you feel very welcome. And the salon is so cool. A leafy, luxe escape right in the heart of the City.

Sabrina is the absolute best. I truly felt that she cared about every single hair on my head. Plus the salon is so calm and tranquil - an escape in the city!

It was an absolute delight to visit this salon. The moment I sat in the chair Sabrina's professionalism and knowledge was clear. I have thick, frizzy and unruly hair and Sabrina knew exactly how to cut it and style it.The atmosphere of the salon is also beautiful and it's clear that there is care and pride in the service provided.Since my visit my hair has looked amazing and been much easier to style and maintain.

Sabrina did an amazing job fixing my botched haircut from a previous hairdresser. I didn’t even think it was possible with how choppy and uneven my hair was, but she did it and I can’t wait to come back for my second appointment!

A first for me to have Marc Armstrong style cut my hair, but I left knowing why he had been so highly recommended. He took time to listen to my 'hoped for style' and then created it. And he took time to perfect his art. Further, the Salon has a great feel: relaxed atmosphere with trees and street scape, created by skilful placement of mirrors for clients to look out on. Really well done. Thank You Marc and I will be back.

Marc & Maxwell is a brilliant salon. It's set in a lovely back street of Surry Hills, away from the hustle and bustle - with a gorgeous view of tree tops bringing an added sense of peace and relaxation to having your hair done. The team do an exceptional job with hair and out of all the salons I have been to in Sydney, Berlin, London, Amsterdam - you name it, it is hands down my best experience in all regards - salon space, hair artists, the experience. I can't recommend highly enough!

I absolute LOVE this Salon and as long as they remain open, I don't think I will ever be able to find an equivalent in Sydney. I had Marc do a very fresh cut on my super long and thick hair. He was patient, considerate and gave me wonderful suggestions which I agreed with instantly. It's like he knew what I wanted as soon as I walked in.He made my hair go from being long, definitely a little dry and dead to being medium length with these beautiful long layers and a side fringe to die for. I have had so many compliments on my hair already and more importantly, i'm in love with it myself. Thank you Marc for doing such a wonderful job. I will definitely be back again! I also love that Sabrina and Marc do everything themselves, including the wash and the head massage. It's a pretty personal touch on the experience.I actually went with a friend who was super happy with her cut too. Cannot recommend this salon enough.
