My husband and I have been training with Juan for 3 weeks. His sessions are challenging but fun. I can already feel myself getting stronger. Juan is full of knowledge when it comes to health & fitness. He created an individual meal plan specific to my needs & my husband's which was a bonus. He's a mobile trainer, so happy to meet you wherever it's convenient for you. Another added bonus - Juan doesn't mind if we bring our kids along to training (so no excuses mums & dads!). His wife, Ash organises timetable each week. She's really friendly & accommodating with changes to schedules. This duo run a really professional & unique PT company that works really well around our busy family & work life.

Started training with Juan a few months ago, as an athlete I had lost fitness levels due to COVID and Juan was an amazing help getting me back on track, he is incredibly motivating and knowledgeable. His way of coaching is a lot different to most as he focuses on key areas like power, structure, balance and speed which I found was a huge help as the sport I’m in requires these elements. Juan is to be highly recommended and is simply the nicest guy!

Luke’s support as a PT was fantastic. He really listened to my goal of improving my mobility and level of fitness to support me in re-engaging with the activities and sports I enjoy. He was always friendly, positive and paid attention when I was carrying injuries that needed us to modify our activities during session. At the end of four months, I feel better and more fit, and definitely like my mobility has improved. And my ever-present knee pain is gone- an unexpected and welcome side-effect! Thank you Luke!

Push The Ground Away Personal Training is simply the best form of training!Ash and Juan take their business and training so professional but add a family touch to it.I couldn’t recommend these guys enough including Rory! Rory has helped me lose 25kg since I started with them, personalising every session to my abilities all while pushing me further towards my goals! This amazing team couldn’t be recommended enough!

I have been training with Juan for 4 weeks now and I can already see an improvement in my strength and flexibility. Juan has been awesome and leaves me feeling like I’ve ran a marathon without leaving my living room. His professionalism and knowledge is amazing, I’m so glad I found PTGA. I was previously with another trainer for 16 years but Juan has taken my training to a whole new level, I highly recommend PTGA.

I have been training with Push the Ground Away team for a couple of months now and they are a wonderful team to work with. Focusing on core strength and wanting to be active during the winter season was my reason for joining and I am so glad I was recommended to Juan and Ash. Such an organised unit, accomodating especially with my nursing shifts. Always motivates me weekly to stay active. Juan has been my trainer and he‘s been very patient to work with my strengths as well as my weaknesses with certain exercises. I always feel accomplished and good after each session. I would definitely recommend them for either 1-1 or group sessions. Thanks heaps Juan and Ash!

Juan is amazing - he has been training my partner & I for the past 3 months and we have both seen huge improvements in our strength & flexibility, and lost a lot of weight. He super is friendly, knowledgeable and great at motivating you. His tips on what to do on days we don't see him (nutrition and light exercise) has been super helpful also. We can't thank him enough, and look forward to continuing our training with him for a long time into the future.
