Do not trust this company and it’s directors. They are not builders they are merely a broker for builders. They take large deposits on behalf of the builders and do not transfer the deposits to the builder. The builder null and voids the contract for reasons of not receiving the deposit. Advance Homes then refuses to refund the deposit back to the customer. This review is to protect other innocent customers that come into contact with Advance Homes and it’s directors.
