Sunshine carwash

Felt very pressured and uncomfortable when dealing with the man that spoke to me today. Paid $70 for the light detail service as I only wanted my car to be washed and vacuumed but thought I’d pay a bit more to get a bit more detail done. Thinking they might’ve cleaned the buttons on my windows and the make up off my hand break. The man would not give in that he wanted me to pay him $300 and that’s it. The sign says FROM $150 for full detail which I was interested in paying $150 until he decided to pressure and pressure and pressure me until I told him if he kept going I would take my car somewhere else as he didn’t take no for an answer. He then said “fine” and took my car keys and walked off. I then asked what I should do about parking and he said “I’ll deal with it” and heard all the men laugh as I walked off. Came back to pick it up and they hadn’t cleaned the inside of my doors, or any type of detail to do with the interior. I had to ask the man to wipe my doors down which he just quickly did with the chamois. The man also told me I needed to pay with cash only which I was fine with but he was just very rude and pressured me to the point that I felt so overwhelmed and as I was walking away, I just felt like getting in my car and driving off before they did anything. Quite disappointed in how I was treated and had to go and clean the interior myself anyway when I got home.

Hand car wash hidden away under the Kiora centre in the parking lot. Great prices, quick service and excellent results. These guys did an excellent job with a wash and wax at $35 for an SUV. Free parking in the centre as well. Would definitely be a returning customer!
