After many hours searching I found Luco Furniture and Decoration.I am so glad I did. William went above and beyond any of my expectationswith his professionalism, advise and attention to my situation. I had been to a few stores and was not even acknowledged. Everywhere I looked I was told there would be many weeks delay on my goods. With Luco I had my order within days.In addition their prices were less expensive that all the other websites I had visited.Well done William, I will have no hesitation of recommending you to my friends.

I was looking to upgrade my table for ages and I had very specific dimensions.I also had an idea of what I wanted it to look like and Luco definitely delivered !Reasonably fast postage and pricing. The main part of the table was assembled which saved me a lot of time in setting up.I absolutely love my new setup for my computer. The build quality is fantastic. The cable management compartment was absolutely godsent.The only negative thing was upon delivery I noticed some damage to the box but the table was fine!Will be ordering again with you guys.Thank you!

We bought a dining setting from Luco. Unfortunately we didn't measure the dining room space before we made the purchase and we ended up having to return the table. Before we returned it William at Luco did everything he could to help us with an alternative table. William was very accommodating and extremely patient with us. His customer service was just outstanding. In the end we were able to keep the chairs, however we had to buy the table elsewhere only because Luco didn't have one that fitted the space we needed. William was fair in the process and fair in the price for the chairs. The quality of the furniture is excellent for the price. I have already recommended Luco to some friends and will not hesitate to recommend to anyone. You will not get this level of service in a retail store. 5 stars from me!!!

We came across Luco Furniture while looking for a dinner table for our new home. We really loved the photos of the Owen dining set and we decided to go to the warehouse and have a look. At the warehouse, we met William who is really friendly and helpful. He helped us pick the furniture that best suits our space.We were able to negotiate the price so that’s within our budget and William was kind enough to offer a discount on delivery and assembly free of charge. Due to this reason we ended up buying the Owen Dining set, Owen Nesting Coffee Table and the Elyse 3-seater sofa.The quality of Luco Furniture is really good and we loved their designs. I would highly recommended Luco Furniture for their quality, affordability and the great customer service.

I had been looking for a solid wood bed that was contemporary and decent quality without the excessive price tag like that of Harvey Norman. I had been searching for weeks and finally found Luco Furniture online, with exactly the bed frame I was looking for. I was a bit sceptical with previous reviews but thought I’d risk it because it was exactly the style I wanted. I’m glad I did, my mind was put at ease after I made the purchase online. William rang me and offered me express delivery and assembly the following day after my order. Amazing! And I am really happy with the quality and it looks fabulous. I’m thinking of purchasing the matching side tables! I had a chat to William while he was assembling and he’s the real deal. Young guy starting up his own furniture biz, spending time sourcing the right products with quality and selling direct to the public. I think he’s had some issues with couriers in the past. Anyway, he went above and beyond today and I didn’t even have to ask. Thanks William!

Excellent service and quality product.I originally purchased another bed from online, and was extremely disappointed with the quality, so I was hesitant to buy online again without seeing the product in person. I read Luco Furniture's reviews and spoke with William from the store, who not only called me, but FaceTimed me so he could show me how solid the metal parts were. He was very friendly and helpful, from the moment I inquired until I received the product, even sending me a text to make sure everything in the package was okay, and checked whether I needed further assistance - something quite rare these days especially with online shopping. The product itself is of excellent build, and very easy to assemble. A great experience all round. Thank you William!
