Great response and service. They plumbed our washing machine under the sink and did a great job of it - much tidier install than after the previous tenants left it.Also fixed taps in bathroom and charged the landlord.Only slightly negative is that it was a tad more expensive than expected, but it usually is.

Linda was super helpful in organising Ben to come and fix the shower head. Ben was also great and friendly who came to fix the shower head. Fixed the issues in no time and also offered to look at other taps if they needed cleaning. Can highly recommend them.
