Very poor - beware! Rude and dismissive on phone, despite water coming through the ceiling. The company finally agreed to send someone out (rental agent's preferred supplier, so couldn't use another plumber) some hours later. Arrogant and unhelpful in person; couldn't find the source of the leak or stop the water coming through. To top it off, he stole as he left. We confronted him and he admitted that the item was not his but refused to return it. Eventually, and only after blocking his van from leaving, he returned the item. Dishonest and unpleasant - avoid.

Another case of Buyer Beware:It didn't occur to us to ask, BUT never told a visit on Saturday would cost $473 for first hour. Could've waited until Monday. A week's pension for the 87 year old resident of the house. Unprofessional and arguably Unconscionable Conduct. Try elsewhere.

Used these guys 4 or 5 times over the past 4 years, Awesome. Ben's great on the phone, gets a good respectful plumber out to you ASAP. When I've sourced multiple quotes they are a good price.

Rescue services were called out by my neighbour as we share a common property and our drains were blocked. When they arrived they started plunging the drain. Next minute we had sewerage coming out like a volcanoe from our basin. The mess in my bathroom was too terrible. They had not warned us to remove toothbrushes and towels . They were so unapologetic and acted as though it was something that always happens. I also found them rude and extremely expensive. I have used professional drain clearing companies before that have charged much less.

Works done at a property without Body Corporate approval. ripped up path and attached piping to building even though body corp rules require permission for any of this. Went with the cheapest and easiest option. Too bad it all has to come down. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

This company is very professional. I thoroughly recommend them for all types of plumbing work. They are helpful, honest, polite, attend on time and are great communicators. Most importantly they are proper tradesmen who know what they are doing and just get on with the job.
