Tayla is the most patient, fun and energetic dance instructor ever! Our wedding dance choreography is absolutely perfect and exactly what we were hoping for our wedding day. We highly recommend Sliq studio to any couple who are looking to perfect their first dance! Tayla is the absolute best and her teaching style makes the learning process fun and super straightforward!

I've never stepped foot in a gym but after a recommendation from a friend, I thought to try this place out and it was honestly one of the best decisions I have ever made. I previously had knee and back pains, which have now disappeared after continuously attending SLIQ. The reformer sessions are done in small groups and Tayla really observes and motivates you to keep going, pushing me to limits I did not know existed. I feel so much better every time after a session.

Paris' bootcamp classes are a killer! Awesome workout whilst having fun!Tayla and Amanda's reformer classes are brilliant. Challenging workouts each time and pushing you to new levels of strength and balance. Since starting pilates, I have found my balance has dramatically improved and my knee pain when running is non-existent!

I look forward to my 1-1 pregnancy pilates session with Tayla every week! Tayla is fabulous, she makes sure each session is unique and productive. The environment is amazing too, love the vibe, music and how clean it is.

SO happy I discovered SLIQ Studio! Tayla is such a good instructor - she’s so friendly yet professional and skilled at what she does. Her Pilates reformer classes are definitely challenging but in a feel-good kind of way! I’m already looking forward to my next class :)

Tayla is wonderfully energetic instructor and teacher. Having worked for many years as a professional dancer overseas, Tayla’s love of music, choreography and technique have resulted in her creative and dynamic fitness classes. She makes everyone feel welcome and always has a ‘can do’ attitude. Her continual upskilling means she is very versatile and always has something up her sleeve, whether it be an amazing reformer series, a great full body cardio session or an awesome piece of choreography.*Five stars *

Best experience when new to Pilates, went with my partner who suffers lower back problems and have not looked back. We look forward to it every week and a couple months in Tayla still manages to surprise us with new workouts! Absolute life changer would recommend to anyone who asks.

Honestly one of the best studios and instructors in Sydney. Tayla provides a full body session and ensures she switches up sequences every session. Tayla also makes it incredibly joyful with her beautiful energy and clear and descriptive instructions. So grateful to have her so close to home. Definitely check out some classes.

I've been getting private lessons from Tayla for the past few weeks to get back into dancing, work on my technique and to prepare for auditions and I've been having such a blast! She's so organised and professional and tailors the lesson based on my skill level whilst still challenging me and making me a better dancer. 10/10 would recommend and will continue going back to her.
