Amazing. If you live in Bunbury you are just so lucky to have this team to visit to help you. They helped me at short notice, looked after me, have given me wonderful advice and spent ages going through my options. Then.. the day after I get a text asking if I'm ok. The whole crew here are just superb and if you need a dentist honestly.. make this your first call!! I would drive from Perth to have these people do my teeth if I could. Thank you Kat and team... you're the best and a credit to your profession.

Would highly recommend this dental surgery, both the dentist and the management staff went way above and beyond to resolve my cracked tooth issue, even offering to come in after hours to provide care if required. Fantastic organisation, I just can’t say enough positive things about them. They have totally changed my dread of dentists and I would welcome returning to them for any dental need. Fantastic!

The staff were very professional from my arrival until my treatments were completed, about 3 hours in the chair.Naomi the nurse was incredibly diligent and at times seemed to be reading the Dentists mind. In the end this simply meant less time waiting while items were opened or prepared.Dr Cassidy Shelton is a young dentist who was always confident in our discussions on what treatment options would be best. I will be back again (not only because I need to finish the crowns off etc etc) but because it has taken me 6 years to find a dental practice and more specifically a team in the room between Dentist and Nurse.If in the area and in need of a dentist, this is the place to go

A+ all the way around - Carly was a fantastic and gentle dentist hygienist and made me feel incredibly comfortable during the whole cleaning and Dr Diana was very kind. Will definitely be coming back and will friends to give the team at Vivid Smiles a try!

Had my first appointment in the clinic today with Carly and Dr Cassidy, both girls were amazing and talk to me through everything very professional and very easy to get along with. Dr Cassidy explained everything so I could understand and I felt like she genuinely cared. Carly was amazing at everything she did I love how she gave me breaks in between and talked me through everything. The clinic was very clean and beautiful. I have already re-booked my next appointment thanks so much girls Xx
